"I feel as though I’m in much better physical condition too as I can tolerate increased strain on my shoulder." - Kinga Klivinyi
Kinga Klivinyi was first introduced to handball during a school sports lesson when she was seven years old. She was fond of athletics, tennis and swimming, but it was handball that became her favourite sport from that point on.
Kinga represented Hungary in various age categories and finished second on the top scorers’ list of the 2009 European Women’s U-17 Handball Championship with 55 goals. A year later, at the European Open Championship in Sweden, Kinga clinched sixth place with the national team and was voted into the all-star team as the best playmaker of the tournament.
In recognition of her outstanding performances in 2010, Kinga was awarded the Heraklész Award, a prize given to young sportspeople who have successfully represented Hungary. In 2011, she was also crowned Hungary’s best junior handball player.
In 2012, Kinga competed at the 2012 Women’s Junior World Handball Championship in the Czech Republic where the Hungarian team earned third place and Kinga was named top scorer of the tournament with 67 goals.
Today, Kinga plays in Hungary’s top professional women’s handball league and has recently moved to the Dunaújvárosi Kohász KA club, which is based in Dunaújváros in central Hungary.
Being one of the top female scorers in Hungary, it’s no wonder that Kinga takes care of her shooting shoulder. After being introduced to Kannaway products, Kinga decided to give Pure Gold and the Salve a try. “After taking Pure Gold morning and evening, I notice that I can fit more training into my routine. I feel as though I’m in much better physical condition too as I can tolerate increased strain on my shoulder.”
